What are examples of edits you might make to photos?
Editing involves a range of things to ensure final deliverables are at optimal quality. Different photos need different types of edits, and some photos need no editing at all! Examples include red eye correction, cropping, object removal, horizon alignment, color balancing and adjustments to lighting.
Why are some of your rates on a sliding scale?
For services which show prices on a sliding scale, rates vary due to factors like length of time and scale of event.
I feel awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?
Absolutely! As a client you are not expected to be a professionally trained model :) I will direct you through the process as much as is needed — but I’d also like to remind you that often the best photos are the candid ones where you don’t need to strike the perfect pose with an expertly sultry gaze. It will happen organically as a collaborative effort between us, and I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the results!
How do I book and secure your services?
Once you are ready to move forward with me as your chosen photographer, I will send you a contract as well as a link to the payment portal. Once the retainer is paid and the contract is signed, I will lock in the date!
Which payment methods do you accept?
I accept credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm and bank transfer. Under some circumstances I may accept cash or check, but generally online payments are best for clean and secure transactions.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Turnaround time for photo delivery depends on my general workload and the number of photos taken for your photoshoot or event, but generally I guarantee photo delivery within 2-7 business days.
